DPD - never use! (Will never order from Temu or Shein again because of useless couriers)

Abolutely useless! I keep getting emails from Shein :delivery has attempted failure.The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc. Please kindly contact your local carrier DPD George number doesnt work, and when I phone the Call Centre, I am number 100 something...get down to 5....then it shoots me up again to number 100 something in the Q. This is SUPER FRUSTRATING that I cant talk to a PERSON. They clearly dont want to be contacted as they know how useless their service is
