dpd must shut down useless courier campany

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of proper feedback and service. My parcel has been with DPD Laser since 30 April and has still not been delivered.

I have contacted your call centre multiple times, but the agents provide inconsistent information and no real assistance. This is unacceptable, especially considering the parcel contains food items that have now been delayed for 7 days.

This experience reflects extremely poor service and reliability. I request immediate action to resolve this matter and a clear update on when my parcel will be delivered.
