Why MRP insists on working with these clowns in beyond me. Not only was my parcel delivered to someone who isn't me, but now the customer care has proven to be useless and have done nothing but ✨escalate✨ the matter for the past week. Having parcels couriered by these guys is the same as throwing them in the bin.
