Dpd lazor courier poor service

I received an sms that my parcel will be out for delivery, was initially excited only to be informed by Buffalo logistics that my parcel has been delivered, question is to who was it delivered to as nobody phoned me to say we have your delivery, who signed for the delivery, seems like they just out your package to anyone who is willing to have it, as they never came to my house. Very dissapointed.
