DPD Lazer no delivery.

I ordered an item through Makro and they use this DPD Lazer. Even though they said they had gone to deliver this parcel 2 days before the estimated time there was no proof of communication. Then apparently the car broke down and then they said this address was not on their system. I phoned them 5 times and the hold times were like 5, 9, 10 and 10 minutes. I was also just cut of after one of the ten minute hold on's. So how many people have problems with their service. I phoned them 9 o clock in the morning and by 14H30 there had been absolutely no change in the situation. They just said the parcel is still at the depo. It is like they just did not care, they do deliveries for Makro so they are ok.
