DPD laser,the worst

DPD laser is the worst courier service ever. I made a mistake with my delivery address by not putting the street name. They called and I gave them the street name. That was on the 18th December. I called the offices to check if the address was changed and unfortunately it wasn’t so I gave them the street name. That was on the same day. Till today,29th Dec. I haven’t received my parcel. I was promised that it will be delivered on the 22nd or 23rd Dec. but it wasn’t. I called them again, they said the address was not changed but when they read it out to me, it was the correct address. Then yesterday I called them, then I was told it will be delivered today,on the 29th. I called them just now and I was told that it is booked for next week Tuesday. I mean next week Tuesday is the 2nd of Jan 2024. What kind of service is this? I would never recommend DPD couriers.
