DPD Laser WORST DELIVERY PARTNER A BUSINESS CAN USE!!!!!

I received an SMS today at 07:35am advising that my package is out for delivery and at 11:35am I received a message stating that my parcel could not be delivered due to an incorrect address. The address submitted is correct and the invoice I received from Cotton on has the correct address, how is it the DPD Laser now has an incorrect address? Issue has also been escalated with Cotton On as I need my package delivered today.
