DPD Laser worse service ever!

We used DPD laser as our primary courier service. There was always issues and miscommunication with these guys and our clients would receive stock late past the required deadline and the excuse from DPD would be they could not contact client but my no attempt to contact sender.

The reason for this review is to discuss DPD pathetic service from their accounts and risk department. we had sent our Packages 3 times to a foundation for the less fourtunate and on all occasions client has complained there was shortages on toiletry products. the First time we said maybe it was us so we had to inccur cost to send a package again and the same for the second but the third time, the whole team had counted 3 times and client had still recieved close to 90 unit short on items such as roll on and soap. We use our own branded tape to seal boxes for security purposes, Boxes were found by client with standard clear tape sealed which isnt what we used.

we had filed a complaint with DPD who had said their risk department would investigate. Its been over a month now and I constantly need to email and contact only to hear "they still investigating" and there is NO FEEDBACK at all what so ever.

Goes to show how DPD treats their smaller clients
