Dpd laser.. What a joke

I have been waiting for my delivery since Friday. I call the call center and I'm caller no50 and my waiting time is 20 mins... I wait and wait.. I eventually get a consultant who is able to change my delivery time to 3pm for the next day... It is currently 3pm the next day... I call again and wait another 29 mins.. A consultant eventually answered and can not help me track my parcel or find the driver or give me the time my parcel will be delivered... I go a second day with no delivery and no answers despite what the tracking app says...
