DPD Laser- Utterly Disappointing

If I could give them less than one star I would. They have zero respect for your time and will not contact you to let you know they will not be arriving on the arranged date. I have been waiting for them for 2 weeks to collect a parcel and I'm still waiting. When I phone them, they say that the operations manager will phone me right back, and that also never happens. They are blatant liers, because when I asked them why they did not come as arranged, they said the driver tried phoning me and that I didn't answer. However, I was waiting at home for the driver as arranged and I have not received any notifications that someone tried contacting me. I would rather send a parcel by donkey than make use of DPD's services, they are unreliable and utterly disappointing
