DPD Laser - Useless Courier of a Service

I have ordered a Birthday Gift on Monday (7th August 2023), DPD Laser is the courier company that is supposed to deliver my parcel. I was expecting my parcel yesterday(10th August 2023). When I checked my emails yesterday(10th August 2023) it says "Contact not available". The driver (Adolph) never contacted me at all and I am surprised that they are saying I was not available. This is a Birthday Gift I bought for someone. This is really an inconvenience because nobody called me to let me know as I was at the address that they were supposed to deliver at until 17h00. Please sort this out ASAP!!!!!!
