DPD Laser - Useless Courier Company

A package was to be delivered on the 14th of June 2023. Eventually when I went back onto the tra king it stated that they could nit complete the delivery. I have received NO phone call and NO communication from DPD Laser. This is not the first time this Courier Company has done this or the first time that I have had problems with them. I really wish the companies would use another courier company. When you phone them you are being told that it is not their problem and you are being made out as the wrong party whom did not answer their calls when in the meantime there was never any calls made to you for delivery.
