DPD Laser sucks!

I booked on Monday for a package to be collected on Tuesday. Tuesday I got a text telling me that indeed the parcel would be collected that day. The day ended, no parcel collected. I called them on Wednesday and got to interact with a very rude coloured lady. Telling me my booking was done on Tuesday and my parcel would be collected on Thursday and that my arguments are pointless. NEVER AGAIN! I'm pretty sure if I asked for my money back now it would a whole other story. I'm super mad.
