DPD Laser staff ***** their client's parcels

DPD Laser is the new name for Dawn Wing Couriers. The company I suppose, is changing their name bacause of the increasing number of bad reviews they have been getting. I was expecting an expensive parcel to arrive today (04/01/22), as I had been monitoring and tracking the parcel on their website. To my surprise the parcel is not here, DPD Laser claims there was an unsuccessful delivery, but they never took the effort to contact me and verify details on the parcel. On a previous occasion they blamed the company I had ordered from, in the US for the loss of my parcel, after a few months that parcel miraculously made it to my address and the details on the box had been tampered with, so as to conceal the parcels actual destination. Management at DPD Laser seem to try and avoid any public discourse on this matter, but they will inevitably be forced to, as they're as good as their reputation and people are starting to notice this ***** of a courier service's modus operandi...
