DPD Laser shocking service!

Shocking experience, a parcel was sent to me fr Herman's to Knysna and a 2 day deliver fee of R180 was paid. Parcel never arrived but what is worst the call Centre representative are truly unprofessional. They lie and make up stories but don't know what is actually going on. I will never use them ever. Courier guy is by far the better courier service.
