DPD LASER & RUNAWAY SALE ***********!!!
I had packages scheduled for delivery 01 December 2025 ,i waited all day at the delivery address ,at 5pm they updated the status to "Delivered",I was at the premises there was no delivery or even sight of a delivery guy entering the premises!
I have called their call centre numerous times ,their agents give you vague responses with no proper feedback ,they will tell you someone will call you to update you and no one ever does.
I am still awaiting feedback from them as where is my packages ,no one knows anything ,they do not even know where the driver are or even a contact number for their drivers.
I am absolutely frustrated ,I am sure their drivers are damn *****'s and they know no one will do anything.
Runaway sale must be held accountable for using such *********** service provider.
I would never recommend anyone to use them or even purchase from runaway sale because you will not get your package ,probably in cahoots with each other to ***** customers items (TYPICAL festive behavior).
