DPD Laser poor service

I am shocked regarding the service provided by the company. I ordered a parcel from Temu it arrived at DPD Laser on the 7th of April. No movement since then. I sent various emails with no response. I phoned them last week on Friday 12 April and they told me it should be here this week. There was no movement on my parcel and I contacted them again today. They don't know where my parcel is. I went onto Facebook and contacted them there as well. I added a comment explaining my disappointment and my experience on various posts as one can see comments are removed and the public is unable to comment on most posts. There are angry faces on most of their posts. Members of the public commented on my post complaining as well. Instead of contacting me and trying to resolve my issue DPD Laser decided to block me, I guess this is how they treat customers, instead of providing proper customer care they block people.
