dpd laser poor customer care service.

I had called dpd laser thinking I would get help as I'm in a situation.so I'm in Durban and had been waiting for a delivery for sometime,now I wont be at that location so I asked if I could change the address..I was told I could not...then I asked if I could please pick up from the depot,I was told only when it reaches the cage.the next question I asked was if they could notify me and there was excuses from the get go...I really feel customer service should be better..if my parcel gets lost I will take this further.
