Dpd laser picks us parcels days after they were packed

The past couple of months have been the worst with this courier service. I have a contract with pargo and dpd laser is their 3rd part. Yoh they have the worst services. Sometimes we sit with parcels for 3 without them being picked sipmly because they don't have space in their van. I have tried resolving this with pargo and nothing has changed. Their behaviour is unacceptable and as a business we keep Losing move
