DPD Laser: Payment Taken but Service Refused & Refund Ignored

I booked a collection on 28 April, and after numerous rescheduled dates, I was told you "don't courier sand" and the parcel is missing. This is FirmJoint Polymeric Sand-a sealed construction product, not loose sand!!! You took my payment and scheduled the pickup. Now your support (Banolo Baloyi) says the parcel is "finalized" but can't tell me where my property is???

I was also told my collection was under investigation but no feedback has been received.

I want my refund immediately. I have emailed ***; *** and *** all the required documentation on the 08/05/2026 and received no feedback.

If I do not receive a location for my property and a refund confirmation by COB today (12/05/2026), I will be lodging a formal complaint with the National Consumer Commission for service non-performance.
