DPD LASER - PATHETIC SERVICE

Order a parcel on 25 November. Two weeks later and I have not received the parcel, despite them sending me a sms each day for the past week stating “your parcel will be delivered today”. Then when I call them they say parcel is still at depot due to backlog. Not only are they ***********, but they lie to customers too. Another excuse from them was “could not deliver due to incomplete address”. This was after they called me to confirm address (which was correct from the start). Totally disgusted with this company
