DPD Laser - Pathetic Service

Having ordered from Homechoice, I was notified that my parcel was out on delivery. On Wednesday 20-7 I @ around 14h45 was informed that they were unable to make the delivery. No reason given. I called their Customer service and was advised that they would follow up and get back to me. Since then I have spoken to around 7 or 8 people and all advised that my parcel was out on delivery. To date no-one has even bothered to call me back to let me know where my parcel is. I have requested 3 times that a manager call me - still no luck this is the most pathetic service I have ever received from any courier. Seems management is quite happy with this ridiculously bad service. I will never use them - given a choice.
