DPD Laser pathetic.

DPD Laser send me a confirmation email and sms to confirm that I will receive my package 25 March. They have decided that there time is more important than mine and not correspond with me to confirm that I will not receive my package. I phoned them and the representative confirmed with me that according to the system I will only receive the package the 28th and she dropped the call. Rude as hell!????. I phoned back and Katima from DPD said I can expect my package today the 26th of March!!!!!???? I told her I will not be available the 26th. Still waiting for a package delivery date from them
