DPD Laser package delivery - Ticket #***

They failed to deliver a package two times. My phone rang, but only twice. In the moment that I tried to call back, the message came through that they are not able to deliver. Why try to phone, but not answer, then send a message that it cannot be delivered??? It all looks like an easy excuse to not deliver a parcel. This is very bad service!
