DPD Laser - Not delivering my parcel

I received an sms yesterday, stating my parcel from Bash will be delivered to my address...a few minutes after the first sms, I receive an sms to say my parcel was successfully delivered and signed by myself...if this is incorrect, you should click on the link, to confirm that the parcel was received, or state that it wasn't delivered...and I did not receive my parcel. I emailed, I've phoned numerous times...with no answer as to where my parcel is. They don't phone to communicate any information...so I don't know where my parcel is, or if I am still getting it or what is happening. Truly the worst service...and for this, I will not shop from Bash again, due to their terrible courier they use.
