Dpd laser - no communication no feedback no customer service

Ridiculous to have to even rate this courier service with a one star rating as I’d rather give them a negative no. instead. Still waiting for a delivery 5 days post the date the tracking link states it will be delivered. Dpd laser maybe this company needs to be “ lasered” into compliance - worst customer service ever with zero care or communication 😡
