DPD Laser must close down

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE **********!! I ordered an item from Mango online and requested for it to be returned. They collected the item on the 13/12/2022 and now the item has disappeared with no refund. Cannot get through to the call centre number as I am on hold endlessly , sent emails and have had no response. It's impossible to get through to anyone in that company.
