DPD Laser lousy delivery time.

I bought shoes from Under Armour online on Thursday 23 November up to now I still haven't received my parcel it shows on their tracking system that my parcel was received at their Joburg depot on the 25th of November and it's been sitting there ever since, I received a phone call on Friday and they told me they couldn't deliver my parcel because my flat unit is missing on my address yet this is my 4th purchase from Under Armour and I have always received my parcels from DPD Laser besides I also bought something from Levi's online and they used DPD Laser courier services I have since received my Levi's order the driver called me when he got to the get as always and I went to collect my parcel. It's a BS excuse to keep my parcel for a week and counting just because there is no unit number on my address not only because I have received 4 parcels from DPD Laser before but because they could email or call asking for it sooner. I am ****ed at this maybe Under Armour should consider changing their courier company.
