DPD Laser logistics not answering my calls and not responding to my emails and auto disconnects the line

I have been trying to contact DPD Laser logistics to track my parcel and Buffalo logistics has sent my parcel to them on *** but I hold until I get to 19 minutes then the line disconnect me. I'm holding from being caller number 4 then when I get to being caller number 1 I'll still hold but don't get to speak to the representative because their line just disconnects me when it gets to 19 minutes and few seconds. I have sent emails on the 13th and 15th of April 2024, but still no response. How can a company provide consumers with contact details while they know they will not answer their lines or emails. BUFZA***YQ, my tracking number I need my things as I'm leaving to Mozambique on the 18th of April 2024 ( in 3 days). ***
