DPD Laser. Laser that does not function: cannot find their own packages.
DPD Laser says the DCZA*** number is not showing on their system. They have not received the package yet. I made this order on March the 10th. It is now April the 8th. The order was supposed to arrive at 31 March, then 7th of April 2026 and now the courier company does not show this package on their system.
What in the blue blazes is happening with your scanning and tracking systems. As a customer, I have to go chasing after my own order. How is that ok? Get me an accurate answer and escalate this query and the delivery of my parcel. This is nonsense and Incredibly Bad Service.
