Dpd laser is the most horrible courier company

My parcel has been out for delivery for almost 2 weeks now. They keep saying they can't deliver because the address is incorrect and that they can't reach me. They have never tried to reach me . The customer care line is horrible. all they do is make you wait just to lie. I absolutely hate their service and hope retail companies would just stop working with them. I'm so disgusted.
