Dpd laser is slow and they cant tell exactly where the package is

I will never buy from Makro online again or choose this courier company as someone to courier my goods in the future I wasted R200 airtime just to get through to dpd laser only to ask where my order is it was stated that my order was received on friday at dpd and this is what Makro also told me then I was told that my order is in middelburg and wheb I asked if I can pick this up myself It was back in Johannesburg I did call yesterday aswell and I was told that my order will be delivered today and it wasnt I had to go and buy the stationary again as I needed this for the 11th and it was stated on dpd lasers app it will be delivered today they also promised me this today and that it was already with the van I got a mail at 2 o clock that its still in JHB
