DPD LASER IS A ****

I have been trying to find my parcel since last year January 2021. It was sent from the UK to SA but DPD has not been honest in their communication in regards to this. The parcel has not even been sent back to the sender and it’s frustrating to be calling only to be put on hold for hours on end. I need my parcel or at least they must send it back.
