DPD Laser ***********.

Worst service that I have ever seen. I ordered two parcels for next day delivery as it was quite urgent. The waybill numbers are as follows: ESP1T***3 and ESP1T***3, the parcels were meant to be delivered in Pretoria three days ago. When I did a follow up the parcels were on their way to Cape Town, now three days later, one parcel is in JHB the other one still on its way back from Capetown. I dont get any feedback from the courier, only infiormation that I receive is when I contact the call centre. This is quite shocking, why pay extra for a service that is totally non existing.
