DPD Laser - how do you even get hold of them? Customer service is PATHETIC.

When tracking my parcel it says 'out on delivery', but nobody has been and there is no indication when it will be delivered.

I tried contacting DPD Laser via email and I get no response. Their number for CAPE TOWN depot just goes dead as soon as you call it.

I tried calling them via their website number, and after spending 20 minutes of airtime on their NON-toll free JHB number, I get automated voice prompts telling me I am caller number 58 in their queue... and this is after waiting through the 58 to get to number 1. In other words, it loops with nobody ever answering the customer. This is terrible service!

As I have NO WAY of contacting this courier. It appears they don't even respond to their negative reviews on Hello Peter.

Please note that non-receipt of my parcel will result in legal action.
