DPD Laser Horrible service

Horrible service they sent me a confirmation message that my parcel is out for delivery Today at 3PM i contacted the call centre even more Horrible service being impatient with me over the phone then eventually they said they will ask the Driver to contact me which did not happen its now 18h22 and not a word from them would never recommend them wasted a whole day waiting for there arrival.
