DPD Laser has DROPPED THE BALL and left me STRANDED and they DO NOT SEEM TO CARE based in how they treating me

I am a client with DPD Laser. Since Friday 8 August I have BEEN UNABLE to process courier quotes. I have called. I GET TRANSFERED TO ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER and THEN MY CALL GETS DISCONNECTED. . I have emailed. I DO NOT GET A RESPONCE When I call, I ask who will I be transfered to I GET NO RESPONSE

This is TRUELY BAD SERVICE TO PROVIDE A PAYING CLIENT
