I have been waiting for my parcel from faithful to nature for 4 days like a lost puppy in the sun. everyday I receive an sms that my goods will arrive the they don't show up, then they update their systems to say "We couldn't complete your delivery. Please expect a call from our Customer Care Team or feel free to contact us on *** or ***". When I call the answering system doesn't work. your email don't reply.
