Dpd laser failed delivery

They don't even deserve 1 star, service is bad and they're a bunch of liers. They called me on the 14th saying they're have 2 last deliveries 3 hiuses away and theyll be at my house in 5 min. The driver never showed up and when I check the tracking info it says "contact not available". I was expecting delivery the next day only to receive a call from customer service that the driver claims im not available again but they never called me. At this moment I doubt if they still hav my parcel or Maybe they lost it. Stay clear of dpd laser, they're *********** and try to cover it up with their dishonesty.
