Dissapointing Experience. They don't communicate with you regarding your parcels progress and if they do its a day to late. They dont respect the clients they are serving or maybe its only me i think . I left numerous call back requests on their website but they dont respond cause I think its just a nice feature they added on their website i think to make them look professional. I will not make use of them if i have to choose. While I am posting this review I am still waiting for delivery that is a day late for delivery with no communication from them to state why its late . They send me an SMS claiming to have communicated with me regarding the delay but I am still searching my emails ,sms's and call records for any commucation from them.
