DPD Laser - Disgusting Delivery Staff

Twice in the past few weeks the delivery staff from DPD Laser have caused trouble in my neighbourhood and with my deliveries, and both times they told me they work for Alpha Courier. I don't know if Alpha is one of the old names or a subdivision or if they're simply lying to try and avoid being caught, but that is rather foolish when it clearly states DPD Laser on the waybill labels. There are three of them that deliver together and all three have atrocious attitudes.

The first incident started with them phoning me to direct them to my house from some random unknown location. I told them that I didn't know that area and could not assist with directions and they started harassing me about it. What am I supposed to do if I don't know? I'm not a delivery driver and it is not my responsibility to know how to direct them from somewhere that I don't even know myself. I suggested they simply use their GPS to pinpoint their current location and give directions, but they stated that they don't have any form of GPS, maps, or location services in their vehicle or on their phones. Whether this is true or not, I can't say, but I find it very strange that they have smartphones but cannot use Google Maps. And if they really do not have any location assistance in their vehicles - shame on you, DPD! That is a pathetically poor practice from a courier company!

Today they insisted they had a generator to deliver to me from Game stores. I have never in my entire life ordered a generator from Game, or anyone else at all. After almost 10 minutes of trying to get details out of them, I asked them to just check and see of they could see any sender info on the package so I could make sure it was mine (someone tried to deliver someone else's package to me recently so now I always check to be sure it is for me). They said they couldn't see any info at all, but it was a generator from Game. Turns out it was a mop being returned by Verimark after being replaced. I honestly don't know how they thought a generator could be in a completely flat box the size of a mop. And it also clearly stated "Verimark" multiple times on the packaging - which I could literally see as he handed it to me!

And just to add insult to injury... whilst this was going on, my attention was caught by the movements of one of the other DPD Laser delivery staff members and when I looked over... he was PEEING on my curb right in front of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally just yanked it out and started peeing all over the grass in front of my house!!!!!!!!! Not only is this utterly DISGUSTING but public urination is actually still ******* in this country! I am so incredibly revolted by this behaviour and it is appalling that you let your delivery staff behave like this. What kind of company is this?!
