DPD Laser disappointment

sadly, this is the worst courier company. They deliver over the due date and when you call the call centre, their agents are extremely rude and will tell you there's nothing they can do on their side. What's the point of having a customer support division when you CANNOT support the customer? Unfortunately, I do not have a say in the courier company selection when purchasing.
