DPD Laser - Didn't show up for Collection

On Wednesday the 11th of January at 9:23 am I had arranged for the collection of my parcel Shipment: UADNZ9RF and no one came to receive it, I called the customer service number *** on Thursday and Friday, they said that the collection has been allocated and nothing happened, and so I had to arrange for an alternative courier service.

The tracking status states that they were unable to successfully complete the collection, no other provision for collection of order was made. I am deeply disappointed, I have made use of DPD Laser over 50 times in the past year and have been using DPD Laser for the past 3 years, I continued using DPD Laser to give them the benefit of the doubt, despite there being a mishap in 2021 where my package just went missing and nothing was accounted for.

It is clear that they do not value long standing customers or any customers for that matter. The call centre services are atrocious, when you call you are put on number 25 in line and then asked to wait and by the time you get to number 14 in line and the call is dropped, this is unacceptable. The amount of call centre agents they have available is ridiculously inadequate if a customer has to wait 25 waiting spots to get a hold of someone to help them, this just shows how little they care about their customers.

My collection was never arranged or accounted for, even though I had paid for it, it appears that DPD Laser is competing with the postal services for who takes the trophy for the worst courier services.
