DPD LASER DELIVERY SERVICES ARE PATHETIC... ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

Order an item with The HUB which uses the pathetic service of DPD Laser. My order was done on 16 Dec 2025. My order was at JHB Depot on 21 December 2025. Called numerous times to find out when delivery will be scheduled. Was told to fetch my order on the 24th of December 2025. My husband arrived at the premises and was greeted by an arrogant security guard that told him there are more then 30 people here so you have to wait to check if your order is here, my husband told him that we already called in and confirmed that it is there and made an arrangement to fetch it, he waited and waited and never got help. My parcel remained at the depot until after new years, I called again once the premises was opened up again in the new year to be told that it will be scheduled for delivery. Got a call from their DBN offices the 7th Jan 2026 and was told that my address was incorrect, i could not understand how this would even occur but was told that the system can sometimes mess up addresses. I gave the correct address, today is the 14th Jan 2026 and everytime i check my delivery status, it says that my order could not be delivered, I called in 4 times since the 7th of Jan 2026 and complained that people are at my house every single day and yet the courier company does not ring my unit number which is on the delivery address or even call me to tell us if their outside. Even fastway and buffalo deliver to us every single month without any problems, they call us on our phones or ring our units, they are never delayed, not even once and yet using DPD for the first time has been a nightmare. Its as if the courier company wants to ***** from me. I called this morning for the 100th time and asked the consultant if i can collect and was told i cannot schedule my parcel for collection and my parcel will be delivered on Friday. I asked her if she can guarentee this and she said yes. I told her i have no faith in their delivery and if my parcel isnt delivered what must i do and she said then i must call in again and arrange for collection. WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS!!!!! I AM SO SO FRUSTRATED
