DPD laser delivery service

I Have successfully done 3 online orders with Arc store and all deliveries was efficient DPD LASER was the courier company . However my most recent order has been an utter disaster . I have been waiting 6 days for my delivery after being promised on various occasions by DPD LASER that it will Be delivered. Upon inquiring with the DPD courier company I was told my area code to address needed to be updated which I did so by calling the DPD LASER courier company and waiting online for 19 minutes for the first call and the ln 15 minutes for the second follow up Call

I want to know why I have to follow up on ARC service provider DPD LASER. ARC should take responsibility in getting my parcel delivered. I have paid for the product and have still Not received it. Very frustrating and disappointing ARC and DPD LASER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DPD LASER. The call Centre agent cut my last call and to call Back is another 19 minutes wait The key account manager RUVEN is also not acknowledging my mail from DPD LASER
