DPD Laser Couriers WORST COURIERS NO SERVICE....!!!!!

How I wish I could give a MINUS 5 STAR... I have requested 4 times via the website for a call from Customer Service and no 1 contacted me. Now my delivery can not be completed today after I made arrangements to be home. This is not acceptable, when will someone phone me? Will I ever get a call from Customer Service? Eventually when I got through to the Call Center the call was dropped as I was giving my Tracking number, 2nd time I was in the call queue for another 20min the agent told me that the driver was at my premises, in my yard... Now I ask how the hell did he enter my premises without my wife or I opening the gate for him and then secondly why was my parcel then not delivered. This is when I got agitated and when I asked these questions the agent put the phone down on me. Yet another company that states South African systems are broken.
