DPD LASER COURIERS - USELESS

I am totally appalled by DPD service. ... I am still waiting for a parcel to be delivered to me since 11 December 25. When I call them I am told that they cant tell me if my order is at their Durban branch or not. They promised to call me back since 11th and not even 1 person from DPD has contacted me.

Rage who is the company I ordered from also cannot get any answers from DPD. DONT USE this courier company as they are absolutely useless and have ZERO customer courtesy
