Dpd laser courier disappointed me a lot. Their drivers are full of incompetence.

I ordered on the 5th of Nov. I was supposed to receive my parcel today,Wednesday. The driver called at around 6:30 pm. I told him I already knocked off and gave him my home address as I was not at work which was the address I used initially when ordering . He said I must send him my location on WhatsApp which is what I did. At 7:00pm exactly 30 minutes later he calls and says I’m too far he won’t deliver I will get my parcel tomorrow and he hanged up on me just like that. I’m so angry right now and I have been patient enough. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday then it changed to Tuesday . Today is Wednesday and I ordered last week Wednesday but still I have nothing. I ordered on Dischem online. The package is from Dischem in fourways and I’m in Pretoria North. How long does it take to receive just mere 3 items, locally nogal. Even one star is just generosity. DPD courier deserves a minus 1 for their drivers incompetence. I’m hoping to receive my things tomorrow. I’m not going to stop giving them a bad review because what are they good at besides not delivering peoples things.
