Dpd Laser/ courier

Dpd courier it is so terrible,they do not deliver your parcel in Time,what they do is stop and go when they get at your address,they are very horrible,I have never experienced such stressful moments in my life,I stayed of work for two days waiting for them,when I call their office I was informed that they said I was not found at my address such as lies,they do not attempt to contact you as a client to let you know they are outside,this is worse courier ever,I am still waiting for my parcel even today I am talk about something happened to me two days back.they providing poor service, I do not know how many emails I wrote Asendia which work with Dpd courier with regards to my parcel.
