DPD Laser cannot communicate!

Every time, I've ordered something from their customers I've waited for days to receive my package. You recieve a meassage that it will be delvered before 11am. Even if they just deliver it within the day one will be happy. Then you get a message that I was not available for delivery or that they could not deliver. When you phone to ask to speak to a manager they put you through on a call where you need a password and then the call is just dropped. Their communication is terrible to non-existent. If I had a company I would not use this courier. Courier Guy in my opinion is must better especially with communication.
